Educational Assistance Programs

Our Frontline Education Program provides eligible hourly employees full tuition coverage to earn an undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. Yes, you read that right. We cover your full tuition at no cost to you because we believe financial barriers should never stop you from getting the education you’ve always wanted.

We also provide tuition reimbursement for our salaried employees through the Educational Assistance Program. If you meet the requirements, you can get reimbursed for up to $5,250 for tuition and course-related fees. So, go back to school, on us!

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Yes, we know. Every company has an EAP. But ours is different. Given the recent need for a focus on everyone’s mental and physical wellbeing, we’ve amplified our EAP. We have a dedicated onsite EAP counselor at our HQ location who is also available for virtual one-on-one sessions. And we’ve been providing regular virtual group sessions focused on mental health, as well as ad hoc sessions for our Employee Resource Groups on relative topics. Our commitment to the wellbeing of our employees is real. And we’re invested.
